What is not guaranteed

Availability is point-in-time and can change. A result, application, or approval does not guarantee exclusivity, any number of leads or roof walks, awarded jobs, or revenue. Exterior imagery indicators are not a physical inspection or engineering opinion.

Program identity

The Contractor Network is the public application portal for Prospector, a Service Alignment product operated by The Forever Company LLC. Customer and applicant data remain subject to the published privacy notices and applicable agreements.

Who can apply?

Any commercial roofing contractor that meets state and government regulations is open to apply. RoofCast is currently pointed primarily at the commercial roofing industry. Applying is the first step, not approval. We review your licensing, insurance, safety record, and service history before a market is offered, and your agreement sets the final requirements.

Does an open market guarantee approval or work?

No. An open market means you can apply. Approval comes after review. Your agreement defines what we deliver. Meetings, jobs, and revenue depend on your market, your timing, and your follow-through.

How is my application verified?

You hear from us directly. We review your licensing, insurance, safety record, and service history, then confirm whether you are approved. If you are, we send an offer if that starting place still has 1,000 open buildings. If you are not, we tell you why. Approval means you meet the requirements to hold a Protected Territory. It is not an endorsement or a warranty of any contractor’s work.

Is the imagery live?

No, but it can be as recent as 30 days. RoofCast uses the most current permitted drone, map, aerial, 3D, and height data available. RoofCast Plus is currently in beta, which includes timestamped drone images that can be updated with the click of a button.
